Vegan Spinach, Artichoke, Bean Dip

1 glass jar of marinated artichoke hearts + 2-3 T liquid reserve

1 1/2 c white beans

1/4 c sesame seeds

1/2 c steamed spinach, chopped (thawed and well strained if using frozen)

1/4 t Salt

2 t Italian Seasoning herbs

2 T olive oil

1-3 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 Lemon



Blend white beans and sesame seeds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixed well. Make at least 24 hours in advance so flavors have time to meld. Serve with Organic sesame tortilla chips and Organic dipping veges.
