ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 T chili powder
1 1/2 t ground cumin
1 t ground coriander
1 t paprika (smoked if available)
1 t brown sugar
1/4 t garlic powder
2 c pecan halves, (about 4 oz)
1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t salt
DIRECTIONS
Toss pecans and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Combine chili powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, brown sugar and garlic powder. Sprinkle over the pecans, tossing to coat. Spread the spiced nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 275 degrees for about 35 minutes, tossing every 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned and fragrant. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with salt and toss. Let cool and then refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
