There are an increasing number of Organic and natural beauty products on the market. Sifting through all of the available options is an involved (and fun) endeavor. How effective are the products? Are they truly Organic? How honest is the maker? The ultimate realization is that skin care products are grossly under-regulated and many mislead consumers. Although stating Organic on the label, those same products list hazardous ingredients or, even worse, do not disclose unwanted additives. Last summer, Organic Maniac favorite discovered Annmarie Gianni Skin Care who clearly takes pride in her products. I have yet to try all of them, but a few of my favorites are below. Annemarie’s starter kit was my kick off – it is a bargain at $10 and a great way to familiarize yourself with her products.
